HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Free returns within 30 days applies to all products except last chance items and final sale items.

For return queries, Please email hello@moscrib.com with your order number on the subject. Our Customer services team will respond back between 2-3 days with a returns label for your order.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. It may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer depending on the payment method used) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment.

If you return your items after 30 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via standard Courier Guy Shipping and orders are dispatched between 1-3 days of placing an order. You should receive your order 3-7 days from the date of dispatch  and you will be notified on dispatch with a tracking number.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Take a look at the Courier Guy tracking information that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation. This email will be separate from your order confirmation.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR NOT DELIVERED?

If your package has been lost or not delivered, please reach out tohello@moscrib.comwith your order number on the subject of your email. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to your query.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please note that you may be able to cancel or request to change your order in the event that we have not dispatched it. If it has already been shipped out, you have the option to request for a Return.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping for your order will be calculated at check out and added to the final cost. Please note that Shipping from our South African store is only in and around South Africa.
