At Mo’s Crib, we believe that confidence and courage are more than just traits, they are the foundation of personal and professional growth. In every corner of our business, from the artisans weaving with care to the team driving innovation behind the scenes, we see stories that highlight the power of stepping forward with belief in oneself. Today, two incredible women from our team, Nonjabulo and Keitumetse, reminded us just how transformative confidence can be.
Nonjabulo’s journey is a powerful reflection of courage and self-belief. She first crossed paths with Mo’s Crib during our Durban Factory Sale, where her energy, openness, and passion instantly connected with the team. In just a few days, she made a brave move that not many would risk; she asked for a permanent role. That moment of courage changed everything. Within weeks, she relocated from Durban to Pretoria to officially join the Mo’s Crib family.
In the short span of three months, Nonjabulo has proven that confidence paired with hard work creates unstoppable momentum. Her ability to embrace new challenges, adapt to a fresh environment, and inspire her colleagues shows that growth often begins with a single bold step. She teaches us that opportunities are often waiting for those who dare to ask.
For Keitumetse, the road to Mo’s Crib was a story of relentless pursuit. With courage as her compass, she knocked on our door more than once, driven by the dream of becoming part of our vision. Her persistence paid off—today, she has earned her place within our Media and Communications team.
Keitumetse’s story highlights another important truth: confidence is not only about asking once but about staying committed to your goals until they become reality. Her journey reminds us that persistence, when combined with courage, leads to doors being opened that once felt impossible to reach.
At Mo’s Crib, we are intentional about creating an environment where people can grow, dream, and thrive. We celebrate courage, reward persistence, and believe in uplifting individuals who show initiative. Stories like Nonjabulo’s and Keitumetse’s are not just inspiring—they embody the spirit of Mo’s Crib, where confidence is cultivated, and careers are shaped.
Their journeys are proof that growth happens when we choose courage over fear and confidence over doubt. They encourage us all to take that bold first step, chase our dreams relentlessly, and embrace opportunities as they come.
In addition, this blog is part of our Women’s Month series, where we celebrate the resilience, growth, and courage of women within the Mo’s Crib family. If you missed our previous story where we explored the challenges and triumphs of balancing work, children, and self, you can read it here.
